Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy
MIGS offers standalone, business, Connect, and Enterprise subscription models. Current self-service pricing and included usage are displayed on the public Pricing page.
Free plan
The Free plan is subject to published usage limits. Attempts to circumvent plan limits may result in access restrictions.
Stripe subscription billing
Eligible MIGS paid plans may be offered monthly or annually. Development HQ uses Stripe Billing to process self-service MIGS software-subscription charges. Subscription charges recur automatically until canceled unless Stripe Checkout states otherwise.
Connect usage limits
Self-service MIGS Connect plans include a published monthly allowance of successfully created API invoice packages. Technical API reads, status checks, and ordinary webhook retries are not treated as invoice-package units. At V1 launch, self-service Connect plans use hard monthly caps and MIGS does not automatically charge overages. When the included invoice-package allowance is reached, additional invoice-package creation is blocked until the next billing period or a plan upgrade. Enterprise usage is governed by the applicable agreement.
AI enhancement allowances
Some Business and Connect plans include a monthly allowance for AI-assisted invoice enhancements. MIGS may meter those enhancements separately from invoice-package counts. Published plan limits control unless a separate agreement states otherwise.
Cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription through the available billing controls. Cancellation generally stops future renewals while preserving paid access through the end of the current paid period unless the billing provider states otherwise.
Failed payments
If payment fails, Pro features may be restricted after any applicable retry or grace period while your data remains associated with your account subject to the Privacy Policy.
Refunds
Unless required by law or specifically stated at checkout, subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins. Duplicate or erroneous charges should be reported promptly for review.
MIGS subscription processing
Development HQ uses Stripe Billing for MIGS software-subscription checkout, recurring billing, and subscription-management workflows. Stripe's terms, processing rules, taxes, and other applicable provider terms may apply. This subscription flow is separate from customer invoice payments.
Customer invoice payments
Customer invoice payments are separate from MIGS subscription billing. MIGS does not hold, pool, pull, transfer, redistribute, or make those customer payments. Eligible processor-connected payments go through the business's connected payment arrangement, while Cash App, Chime, PayPal links, cash, checks, and similar methods remain direct external payments between the invoicing business and its customer.
Price changes
Future pricing changes will not retroactively change a completed billing period. Notice will be provided when required before a new price takes effect.
