The MIGS difference

A better invoice answers the client's next question before they ask it.

Most invoice tools are designed to show what is owed. MIGS is designed to show what was delivered, what the market says it is worth, why your price is reasonable, and exactly what the customer is paying for.

1

Build

Add the client, project, services and direct costs.

2

Benchmark

Document fair-market ranges and supporting sources.

3

Explain

Show what is included and why each price stands.

4

Deliver

Send a professional invoice package your client can understand.

Built around the invoice package

Everything you need to price clearly and present professionally.

Show the value behind the price

Add market-low, typical and high benchmarks, research dates and source links so clients can see the basis for your pricing.

Turn an invoice into a package

Present project purpose, scope, deliverables, direct costs, recurring services, payment terms and the final amount in one polished document.

Separate fees from reimbursements

Keep professional work, domains, hosting, licenses, subscriptions and other direct costs clearly separated.

Make recurring work visible

Show monthly, quarterly and annual services with normalized monthly and annualized values.

Put your company on the invoice

Brand your MIGS workspace and client invoices with your company logo, colors, tagline and professional identity.

Attach proof, not explanations alone

Add up to five private proof images—receipts, completed-work photos, delivery evidence, repair evidence or reimbursement documentation.

Present and deliver

Preview the client-facing package, print or save it as PDF, and email it directly from MIGS.

Keep everything organized

Save clients, reusable market catalog items, invoice history, payment status and delivery status in one workspace.

For services, projects and reimbursements

Made for trucking companies, consultants, developers, agencies, contractors, creatives and service businesses.

MIGS handles general freight and transportation charges, fuel and lumper reimbursements, consulting, procurement, software development and engineering, web and app development, UI/UX, content creation and automation, contractor work, catering, computer and mobile-device repair, mechanic work, HVAC service, logo and favicon creation, presentations, marketing, field services, project expenses and other custom work. Professional fees and documented reimbursements can live in the same clear invoice package without being confused with each other.

Your invoice should do more than request payment.

It should reinforce the value of your work, make charges easy to understand, reduce price confusion and leave the customer with a document that reflects the professionalism of the project itself.

Payment separation by design

MIGS helps coordinate payment. It never becomes the bank.

Customer invoice payments remain directly between the invoicing business and its customer through the payment method they choose. MIGS does not hold, pool, pull, transfer, redistribute, or make customer invoice payments on behalf of either party.

With Stripe Connect, invoice payments go to the connected business—not Development HQ.
Cash App, Chime and PayPal links remain direct external payments.
Automatic processor confirmations can update an invoice without MIGS holding funds.
Manual payments are stamped PAID only after the invoicing business confirms receipt.
Clients and businesses retain responsibility for payment communication and resolution.
Questions before you invoice

MIGS stays focused on one job: building a better invoice package.

Is MIGS accounting software?

No. MIGS is deliberately focused on creating, explaining, presenting and delivering invoice packages. It is not trying to replace your bookkeeping or general ledger.

Where do fair-market values come from?

You enter or save the market evidence you rely on—price ranges, source names, source links, research dates and regions. MIGS organizes that evidence; it should not be used to invent unsupported values.

What kinds of work fit MIGS best?

Custom services and mixed-cost projects: software, websites, consulting, presentations, creative work, contracting, subscriptions, reimbursements and ongoing maintenance.

Can I send the finished package to the client?

Yes. MIGS creates a client-facing package with your company branding that you can print or save as PDF, and it can email the package directly while recording delivery status.

Can I prove the work or reimbursement?

Yes. Attach up to five private images to an invoice as proof of service, receipts, delivery evidence, repair evidence, materials, or other reimbursement documentation. MIGS includes that evidence in the invoice package while using private storage and temporary signed links for display.

Does MIGS hold or move my customer's payment?

No. MIGS does not hold, pool, pull, transfer, redistribute, or make customer invoice payments. Automated payment confirmation comes from the connected processor; manual external payments are confirmed by the invoicing business after receipt.

Does MIGS take a percentage of my invoice?

No. The MIGS subscription is separate from the value of the work you invoice. Customer invoice payments remain between the invoicing business, its customer, and the selected payment provider. Standard third-party payment-processing fees may apply.

Can I reuse pricing information?

Yes. Save clients and Fair Market Catalog entries so recurring products, services and market evidence can be reused instead of rebuilt every time.

Make the invoice part of the value.

Create your first professional invoice package, document the pricing, and show your client exactly what their money is buying.
